AvailSim is a free eSIM plan comparison platform. We aggregate plan information from third-party eSIM providers and present it in a format that helps travelers compare options. We do not sell eSIM plans directly, process payments, or provide telecommunications services.

Affiliate Relationships

AvailSim participates in affiliate programs with eSIM providers. When you click a link to a provider's website and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that eSIM plan information (pricing, data amounts, coverage, features) is accurate and up-to-date. However, providers may change their plans, pricing, or availability at any time without notice to us.

AvailSim does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any plan information displayed on the site. Always verify plan details directly with the provider before making a purchase. Prices displayed are for reference and may not reflect real-time pricing.

Third-Party Providers

When you click through to an eSIM provider, you leave AvailSim and are subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

Any transaction you complete with a provider is solely between you and that provider. AvailSim is not a party to any purchase agreement and is not responsible for issues relating to plan activation, billing, refunds, or customer support from providers.

Intellectual Property

All content on AvailSim — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is owned by AvailSim or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AvailSim is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvailSim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate plan information, failed eSIM activations, or provider service issues.

  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the site's security
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with AvailSim
